Meriwether’s career has focused on climate-smart agriculture, sustainable community development, wilderness exploration, and the facilitation of innovative landscape approaches to foster carbon sequestration. Her passion for food has taken her from her family’s farm in Vermont, where she grew up, to working on farms and facilitating training workshops for farmers around the world. As Chief of Staff for Bio-Logical Capital, Meriwether now focuses her work on developing new models for regenerative agriculture, renewable energy, and climate positive land use strategies. In her free time, Meriwether can be found somewhere in the mountains, listening to NPR, or leading outdoor education courses for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
