A native of West Virginia, Jessi Adcock has worked on conservation-focused farms and ranches in 5 U.S. states as well as in Ireland. She graduated from Berea College in 2017 with a B.S. in Agriculture and Natural Resources and was the 2017 NAP apprentice on the Ranney Ranch. Jessi currently works with Refresh Appalachia, a social enterprise of Coalfield Development focused on revitalizing the local food system in southern West Virginia through farmer training and entrepreneurship.
