We all want to show up for coworkers, friends, and family when they’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, but sometimes doing that can feel…awkward. Yet we care deeply about the people in our lives and want to offer support when we know someone is feeling stressed or overwhelmed. This webinar, hosted by the New Agrarian Program, will explore common stressors faced by producers and offer ways to identify the protective factors that help us handle these challenges. You’ll also hear from a panel of ranchers and a New Agrarian program alums about how they navigate stress themselves and strive to support their community.
This webinar is facilitated by Clinton Willson, AgWell project director, and Julie Sullivan, New Agrarian Program mentor training and support.
It is part of the “Building Resilience Through Community and Peer Support” project, funded by the Western Region Agricultural Stress Assistance Program (WRASAP).
This event is free, please register to receive the Zoom link. This webinar will be recorded and available after the presentation.
