Did you maybe apply to the New Agrarian Program and weren’t selected this time around? Are you curious about how applying for farm jobs might be different than applying for other jobs?
Taylor Muglia and Alexis Bonogofsky of the New Agrarian Program will share their tips and tricks for landing the ag job you’re aiming for, whether that’s in our program next season or with another opportunity. You’d be surprised at the simple changes you can make to your interviews, resume, and correspondence that just might put you above the competition. Taylor Muglia and Alexis Bonogofsky are both coordinators for Quivira Coalition’s New Agrarian Program. Agrarians themselves, they have many years of experience applying for agricultural jobs and internships. They also participate in the hiring process for the New Agrarian Program, reading applications and sitting in on countless interviews. Their knowledge of the industry and willingness to share common mistakes they encounter will be useful to any young agrarian looking to build their career in regenerative agriculture.
