On Pasture Magazine: bringing science to the farm
Kathy Voth is founder, publisher, editor, and writer for On Pasture, an online magazine full of practical articles for farmers and ranchers. It is the most read grazing magazine out there. Kathy was a recipient of Quivira’s Radical Center Award for Research because she does the important work of translating science into a language that is more easily usable by the people working the land. Her goals are to help farmers and ranchers to increase profits, become better land stewards, and be part of the revitalization of rural communities. Kathy is tireless in her dedication to making reliable information on a variety of topics available for free as well as in connecting people and communities in the world of agriculture.
