“I’m here for you.” Peer-to-peer support for trying times

October 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Tuesday, October 15 | 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. MT | virtual

Come learn what to say and how to help someone who seems to be struggling. COMET™️ (Changing Our Mental and Emotional Trajectory) is a community-based approach to activate rural community members to support one another in times of stress. COMET™️ aligns with rural cultural values of neighbor helping neighbor, and provides people with the language, tools, and confidence so that we can support the people we care about.

This webinar is facilitated by Clinton Willson, AgWell project director and Chad Reznichek, MA, LPC, behavioral health specialist, Colorado AgrAbility/Colorado State University.

It is part of the “Building Resilience Through Community and Peer Support” project, funded by the Western Region Agricultural Stress Assistance Program (WRASAP).

This event is free, please register to receive the Zoom link. This webinar will not be recorded, because of the private nature of the content.
