Carbon Ranch Initiative Project Manger

Janet is impassioned by environmental justice and expanding access to food and land. She is a biologist intent on building equitable food systems that include judicious pay for farm workers, making healthy foods reachable to all, and practicing agriculture as a means to regenerate soils and increase biodiversity. She received a masters in business administration from the University of New Mexico with a focus in diversity leadership and a goal of being an equitable food producer in the near future. Janet loves spending time with her many pets and laughing and listening over meals with friends and family.
