Quivira Coalition is seeking a visionary executive director to lead our organization’s work fostering resilience on working lands across the West! Based in Santa Fe, NM, Quivira envisions a world where regenerative agriculture is a crucial part of our food systems, our land stewardship, and our solutions to climate change. The new executive director will guide our talented team of 23 staff members to lead innovative programs that offer community-focused education and support around regenerative agriculture, healthy soil practices, and training the next generation of land stewards. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who values both ecological health and social health to make a lasting impact on Western working landscapes and the communities that depend on them.
