Celine is livestock farmhand, working in New York’s Hudson Valley. Formerly, she worked in both education (high school English Literature) and communications (for restaurants and chefs). Although she happily swapped the classroom for a barn and pumps for Muckboots, she still uses her teaching and communication skills every day. “Farming is about so much more than chores and moving electric fence. It’s about connecting with people and teaching them about what we do and why it matters. Farmers each have an important story to tell, but not always the time to tell it. I try to help with that.”
