Successful land stewardship is a community effort. Our working lands gatherings seek to connect farmers, ranchers, agencies, and community leaders at all stages of their journeys and careers in regenerative land management in the Southwest.
Through our events, we create spaces for participants to gather and build connections, take part in peer-to-peer learning, and engage in collaborative problem-solving in the Southwest.
Attendee experience:
- “This was a great networking opportunity to connect with the New Mexico Ag community and those with related ventures and passions.”
- “I loved meeting people from all over the state.”
- “I enjoyed Yolanda Benally’s presentation and appreciate her efforts and knowledge on water conservation (and related projects). I will use that when we start seasonal work on our local acequia.”

To Gather Together
Our annual summits offer a welcoming and creative space where farmers, ranchers, land stewards, nonprofit, and agency staff gather to turn ideas into action, grow tools for collaboration, and renew their commitments to regenerating working lands.
Summit information will be shared on our events page.
Every month on the third Thursday at 1 p.m. MST, we host themed virtual gatherings where land stewards in the Southwest come together to discuss pressing topics in agriculture. These monthly sessions provide an opportunity to connect with fellow land stewards, nonprofit organizations, and agencies across the Southwest. Join us to ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and problem-solve together! Sign-up for the listserv below to be added to the calendar invites.
We host quarterly in-person gatherings across New Mexico that are informal spaces for connection and knowledge and resource sharing. Visit our events page and sign up for our listserv below so that you don’t miss the next one!
