This includes attending the in-person kickoff event in late November, participating in virtual educational modules, completing prep and homework assignments for the modules as needed, attending one in-person ranch visit during the season, and participating in monthly small group discussion calls. The workload will vary month to month, and may be as low as two hours per month during the production season, and as high as 12 hours per month (not including the in-person kickoff event) during the winter months.
