500 people joined The Quivira Coalition, Slow Food Santa Fe, Farm to Table, Southwest Grassfed Livestock Alliance (SWGLA), La Montanita Coop, & New Mexico Economic Development Department for the Roundup of Local Flavors. The event was held on September 14, 2007 and allowed attendees to taste the flavors, meet the ranchers and learn to buy, wholesome New Mexico meats directly from the source.
