Instructions: If the Map does not show up press the REFRESH button. To navigate the map, click on the colored flags (a large info balloon will appear) or click on the list of activity buttons to the left. Use the arrows in the upper left corner of the map to navigate, or click and drag the map. Use the + and - buttons in the upper left corner of the map to zoom in and out. Enjoy!
